Type I consists of a gel and a tube (PE); Type II consists of a gel and a glass bottle; Type III consists of a gel and a plastic bottle (PET); Type IV consists of a gel and a glass tube; Type V consists of a gel and a plastic tube (PVC). The gel is composed of silk fibroin, sodium hyaluronate, ectoin, and purified water.
