The production base is located in Blue Moon Valley Intelligent Industrial Park, Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, Changsha, Hunan Province, covering an area of over 10,000 square meters, with Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) GMP clean workshops, R&D center, quality inspection center, and warehousing and logistics center.
2. GMP Clean Workshop
A Class 100,000 clean workshop means that the number of particles with a diameter ≥0.5μm per cubic meter of air does not exceed 3.52 million. The workshop is equipped with high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration systems, constant temperature and humidity air conditioning systems, and differential pressure control systems to ensure the production environment always meets GMP requirements.
The workshop is divided into a general clean area (Class 100,000) and a core operation area (local Class 100). The core filling process is completed under a Class 100 laminar flow hood to greatly reduce the risk of microbial contamination.
3. Fully Automated Production Lines
The company has introduced multiple fully automated production lines, including liquid filling, gel filling, and patch forming processes. Product categories cover medical dressings, repair gels, lyophilized powders, and hydrating essences, with a daily production capacity of over 100,000 pieces/sheets. The production lines are equipped with online inspection equipment to monitor key parameters such as filling volume and sealing integrity in real time.
4. Quality Control System
The company has passed ISO 13485 certification for medical device quality management systems and established a full-process quality control system covering raw material procurement, production processes, and finished product inspection. The quality inspection center is equipped with high-performance liquid chromatography, UV spectrophotometers, and microbial testing equipment, capable of conducting raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, and full-item finished product inspection.
