1. Holiday Notice: Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Arrangements
According to the national statutory holiday arrangements and in light of the company's actual situation, the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday arrangements are as follows:
- Mid-Autumn Festival: September 25, 2026 (Friday, the day of Mid-Autumn Festival) is a holiday, 1 day in total;
- National Day: October 1, 2026 (Thursday) to October 5 (Monday) is a holiday, 5 days in total;
- Resume work: October 6, 2026 (Tuesday) normal work resumes.
During the holiday, the company's production lines, shipping, and various business operations will be suspended. We will reply to your messages and inquiries one by one as soon as work resumes after the holiday. If you have orders currently being coordinated or urgent matters, we suggest communicating with your dedicated account manager in advance, and we will try our best to arrange everything properly for you before the holiday.

Festivals are days for reunion, but for the cosmetics business, they are often the peak consumption season of the year - gift boxes for visiting relatives and friends, holiday sets for beauty salons, and double-festival promotions on e-commerce channels all require stocking in advance. In order to prevent customer friends from waiting for goods or running out of stock at the critical moment, here are several key reminders for pre-holiday stocking:
1. Schedule production as early as possible. Around the holidays is the peak period for concentrated factory scheduling. Raw material allocation, packaging material procurement, filling, and packaging all take time. All types of products, including cosmetics license and medical device license products, are within the production schedule. We suggest you confirm orders as early as possible so we can lock in production slots for you - order first, schedule first, ship first.
2. Allow extra margin for logistics. During holidays, logistics companies will also gradually take holidays and transport capacity will become tighter, and some routes may be slower than usual. Please reserve a few extra days for transportation time. In particular, customers who need goods to arrive before the double-festival activities should confirm shipping time with us in advance.
3. Communicate early about new products and gift boxes. If you plan to launch limited-edition gift boxes or salon sets during the double festivals, or have OEM/ODM new products to launch after the holiday, every step - formula, sampling, packaging materials, and filing - requires time. The earlier you start, the more relaxed you will be. For brands that want to "launch new products" after the holiday, now is a good time to discuss plans.
