Fourth, talent. Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Hunan University, and Hunan Normal University are all in Changsha. More than 5,000 bachelor's, master's, and doctoral graduates in biomedicine, cosmetics, and chemical engineering graduate each year. Recruitment difficulty is lower than in Guangdong.
